This article discusses from rereading the work of Alfred Schütz “Making music together”, the idea of intersubjectivity as tuning in social relations, exploring the elements identified by the author, such as the temporal dimension, face to face and synchronizing with the Other. Thus opens a chance of understanding processes of intersubjectivity, in the perspective of the recognition of otherness (Levinas) as constituting intersubjectivity, and raises the question whether it is possible, in contexts of exclusion, to move towards the constitution of harmony between society and State
