Abstract

The author recovers the approach of Jacques Maritain in regards to the presence that should have in democratic theory the dynamic small groups loosely organized, or "clash minority" that unleash emancipation struggles and materialize their criticism through practical action, movementist an ingathering, oriented to self-government. The article analyzes their legitimacy in the current conditions of neoliberalism and globalization.
