Abstract

In this study, the syntactics, semantics and pragmatics of the conflict in a sample of 359 non university teachers in Spain is analyzed. The linking between the dimensions of the conflict syntactics and the ways of conflict copying proposed by Kreidler, 1984, is established. The results tend to a negativist vision of the reality of the conflict as a consequence of the culture, although with some indications of positiveness related to the conflict pragmatics.
