From the psychology of learning, these phenomena are within the concept of metacognition. The article undertakes the understanding of this concept, and elaborates the predisposing factors for learning. Finally approaches the community action groups as socio-educational projects, addressing the construction of daily utopias, the redefinition of personal history and the construction of meanings in the group.
