Model of optimization of reach and quality

Abstract

This Social Optimization Model Of Rank and Quality offers a new answer to the old inquiry of economical and social policy, of identifying the best combination (or size) for the activity of the Market and the State, in terms of maximization the reach and optimization of the quality of the services that both sectors offer to the citizens for the satisfactions of their needs on education, helth, housing, etc.  Instead of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each sector, it searcches for the best combination of boths, seeking for the social optimum. 

On its first instance a model is built which considers two sectors (market and State), and then adds the model of sa third sector whicih is identified as Solidary Sector. It is proved that only including this Solidary Cector it is possible to move from the present situation (of insufficient reach and quality for social services) to one the model identifies theoretically as Social optimum.
